Objective: to study the effect of hydrogen-rich water on the antioxidant ability of women judo athletes.Methods: 16 female judo athletes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, for 4 weeks, the experimental group every day in the morning and afternoon training or training before add 2 bags of hydrogen-rich water (200 ml/bag), control group added mineral water.Do not restrict the athletes' training and do not restrict the athletes' other drinking water.At the same time, select the 14th day morning of the technical confrontation training course as a major strength training session, the athletes each supplement two bags of hydrogen-rich water before training and training.In the first day of the experiment, 14 days, 28 days of the morning and 14 days of intensive training, 1 h in the morning session of the 14th day of the study was taken as a test of the relative indicators of antioxidant power.
